Another Effort By The Ever Pathetic Robert Mugabe To Blame The Problems In Zimbabwe On Racism, Not Stupidity!

One of my favorite whipping boy's has once again made the world news wires and I am quite thankful, since it was a slow news weekend and I was dreading the thought of firing another salvo at the crowd in Washington DC just for good measure.

Robert Mugabe, if you are not aware is the leader/dictator/despot who refuses to give up power in the former Rhodesia turned Zimbabwe, and as the leader of this socio-political monkey f _ _ k experiment, has been driving his country into economic chaos and ruin at the expense of his countrymen since taking power, all the time for his own personal gain. He went a step further this past weekend by announcing that he was going to nationalize all foreign owned companies that had any affiliation to countries that favored sanctions against his government. Mugabe's spokesman stated earlier today (and I use the word spokesman loosely) that they are going to understand the behavior of the corporate bodies to see if they are the cause of the problems in Zimbabwe, I would say that corrupt, contemptible idiots like Mugabe and his cronies don't have the capacity to figure that one out, based on their destruction of a successful agricultural system that was in place from the beginning of the colonial period in Africa. In case you mare not aware, Rhodesia was a large exporter of agricultural goods before the colonial period ended with the entry on the scene of Mr. Mugabe. He abruptly took over the farms as they were the most profitable area of the economy and gave the farms to his friends who themselves promptly ran them into the ground, insuring that there would be no benefit for anyone. I am going to go out on a limb and guess that Mr. Mugabe thought he was going to get really rich when he took the farms and my best guess is he thinks he is going to try the same with the corporations, but will have equally bad luck again. You see Mr. Mugabe is neither a farmer nor a businessman and it is quite evident that his chief supporters are not either, so the same fate that the agricultural sector experienced awaits the corporate sector. This is somewhat like Einstein's definition of insanity which states; doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results.

Mr. Mugabe is nothing more and nothing less than all of the other war lords who have forcibly taken over countries on the African Continent in the last forty years. They are thugs who prey upon their own people and lay all of the blame on any group who proceeded them. Why, if Mr Mugabe and his contemporaries were so concerned about their respective countries, have they let the infrastructure crumble around them to include public works, the agricultural system and the economic and financial networks. Why, Mr. Mugabe and his banking geniuses' are issuing 100 billion dollar bank notes in an effort to curb rampant cash shortages. I guess they think that printing money will eliminate the problem or the smoke screen will trick everyone. Apparently the concept of developing a viable economy somehow has slipped by Mr. Mugabe and company. It's quite apparent that Mr. Mugabe and the hangers on that surround him are lacking the basic intelligence to run even the most rudimentary governmental and economic systems.

Update:

Shortly after this blog was posted today the news wires reported that there was a power sharing deal signed by my favorite despot piece of S _ _ t Robert Mugabe and his primary opposition Morgan Tsvangirai, who by the way beat the Honorable Mr. Mugabe in the first round of presidential elections several months back, at which time Mr. Mugabe turned his troops on Mr. Tsvangirai's supporters and forced most of into hiding if they were not killed outright. What was interesting is that even though the Zimbabwean people are terrorized by the Mugabe thugs they voted in overwhelming numbers to deliver a defeat to Mr. Mugabe and his people. But I guess, when you have the guns you have the power to dictate your own terms. Then Mr. Mugabe went on to rig the second round of the elections and claim victory, kind of like Stalin, Mao, Chavez and how can we leave out Putin.

It appears that the sanctions and pressure from world governments and the African countries is working to a point. Mr. Mugabe has grudgingly sat down and signed this agreement and has agreed to work quickly to make headway in working out a power sharing deal, I don't give much hope that any kind of a resolution will be reached any time soon, as this guy is not the brightest bulb in the political billboard. One of Mr. Mugabe's first statements upon signing was that the sanctions against him and his followers should be lifted immediately, which makes the whole thing look like a sham, which it probably is.
